Here's a picture of Jessie, Brad and I at church Sunday following the commissioning service. As usual, it's a dorky picture of me, but it will be a good reminder to you of how very much I need your prayers!We fly from Omaha to San Diego Saturday morning and will arrive in Mexicali by RV Saturday night. We will drive back to San Diego Thursday night and fly out of there early the next Saturday morning.
Please pray that our time with the kids coming for VBS will be effective and many will come to know the Lord and be strengthened in their faith. And, that each of us ministering will grow in our faith, as well.

Thank you so much for your encouraging and sweet post about homeschooling. I've read a few books about it, and talked in depth with my sister, and I'm really excited about it. God always has new adventures for us around the bend, and the most joy comes from submitting to his will for us. The very things about which I said, "I will never do that!" are the very things that bring me the most joy. I'm so glad that the Lord is in charge of my life, and not myself!!
